FOCUS Broadband Holds Grand Opening for New Customer Care Center in Burgaw
Burgaw, NC – FOCUS Broadband hosted a grand opening event for its new customer care center in Burgaw, NC, on Thursday, May 30th, 2024. Located at 1855 NC Hwy. 53 W., the facility will be instrumental in allowing the company to better serve its growing number of customers in Pender and Duplin counties.
During the grand opening event, visitors toured the new facility, viewed live demonstrations of products and services, and engaged with leadership and representatives from FOCUS Broadband.

FOCUS Broadband has been serving customers at this new location since early May, and since that time hundreds of Pender County customers have visited the store to add services or make payments. The facility also serves as an operations hub for the company’s engineering, installation and repair workforce working in Duplin and Pender counties. The new location is open for business weekdays from 8 AM until 5 PM.
Pender is the most recent southeastern North Carolina County to see improved access to high-speed internet service because of work done by FOCUS Broadband. Using state and federal grant funds, the company has two major projects well underway that will make fiber optic-delivered gigabit broadband service available to thousands of homes and businesses in Pender County. Service is already available for many living in areas near Atkinson, Currie, Rocky Point, Burgaw, and Wallace.
